This is our take on an American Pale Ale. Golden in colour with a defined hop flavour & crisp malt profile. Cascade & Ahtanum hops provide citrus & floral aromas with a smooth bitterness. The addition of Simcoe brings the aroma of pine needles & earthiness, perfectly balanced with a resinous backbone.
